  1. DESCRIBE HOW YOU HAVE MENTORED OTHER WOMEN IN THE COMMUNITY

When I began my real estate career in 2007, I had a transaction with a seasoned agent that took advantage of my lack of experience.  I took a vow at that time to always help other agents, no matter which office held their license.  I have stuck to word and have had several agents from other offices call from time to time for advice with a listing or transaction they are working on.

  1. Any additional information

This year I started a Christmas Gift Giving Campaign within our office.  All of the agents in our office bought Christmas presents for individual (adults) living in-group homes due to mental and physical issues.  Most of these individuals no longer have family to buy for them.  Therefore, they go without.  Next year we are opening this up to the public to pick individuals and buy Christmas for them.  This will all run through our office.  This will be the only service of this kind in Abilene.  There are no other programs here for adults.
