Designations held are CRS, GRI, PMN, e—Pro, CLHMS and a TRLP Graduate. Received Broker of the Year in 2015 (SABOR), RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement 2016. Married for 23 years to Captain Brian Stanush (SAFD) and Mom to Trenton (20) & Stratton (18) who she thanks as her greatest accomplishments thus far. Immensely proud and humbled to serve as your State President.

Dawn Lavka



Broker/Owner of Dawn Lavka Realty, LLC serving the greater Austin and Highland Lakes Regions. A 2009 graduate of TRLP, Dawn also holds the ABR, CRB, e-Pro, GRI, PMN, REDM, RENE, RSPS, SRS, and TAHS certifications/designations. TREC approved core course instructor and member of TAR University. Married for 28 years to Thomas (Navy Veteran) and proud mom of Kyle (25). Honored to be working for YOU, the members!

Sheryl Hunter



Sheryl is Past President of the Great Northwest Network where she served as President in 2010 and again in 2014 before moving up in State leadership as District Vice President in 2015, Governor, Area B in 2016, and is currently your 2017 Secretary. She currently serves in her local Association as a member of TREPAC, Political Affairs and Government Affairs committees. Sheryl is the mother of two, Shannon & Trey who both live in Kansas City, MO. She and husband Jimmy are empty nesters and live in Spring TX.

Peggie Pentecost



Peggie has more than 30 years of experience in Real Estate beginning in Commercial investment and currently serves in and around the Houston area as a Residential Realtor® with Martha Turner Sotheby’s International Realty. She has earned her designations as ABR, CIPS, CRS, PMN and as a CMS for Brookfield Relocation. She's on the Houston Association of Realtors International Advisory Group, is a Major Investor for TREPAC and will proudly serve the Members of Women’s Council of Realtors Texas as their 2018 State Secretary. Her greatest accomplishments include her 42-year marriage to her native Houstonian husband, Kyle and raising her 34 year old daughter, Blair, and surviving both!
