IV. DESCRIBE HOW YOU HAVE MENTORED OTHER WOMEN IN THE COMMUNITY.
Numerous agents have, and still do consult with me throughout their first few years in the business. While I have a private office, my door is always open to answer questions and offer advice.
I am always delighted when new agents bring me offers on my listings and they are confident enough to admit that they are new to the business. Without compromising my relationship with my clients I am able to help the co-oping agent through the process to a successful closing through mentoring other women.
