Peggie has served the Council as the Houston Network president twice, a District Vice President, Governor, Secretary and Treasurer of the Texas Network, and currently as the President-Elect. At the National level, Peggie has served on the Finance and Budget Committee (twice), the 2020 Awards Task Force, and the 2018 Global Project Team. She is a proud graduate of the Inaugural Class of the Leadership Institute in 2019.
She currently serves on the Governmental Affairs Advisory and the International Advisory Committees of the Houston Association of Realtors® and was this year’s Affiliate Representative for the Council on the Global Business and Alliances Committee of the National Association of Realtors®. She has obtained the designations of Accredited Buyers Rep (ABR), Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Performance Management Network (PMN), and the Brookfield Relocation designation as a Certified Relocation Specialist (CRS).
She enjoys working with the latest technologies and utilizing her background as a Trainer and Coach to develop ways to successfully facilitate the Mission of the Council with the Members and Network Boards throughout the State.
Patti St Louis began her real estate career working for a builder fresh out of high school. She became a licensed Texas REALTOR® in 1983 and entered the title business in 1997.
Patti is the 2005 Women’s Council of REALTORS Montgomery County Affiliate of the Year and has served the network in all capacities. During her Presidency in 2009, Montgomery County earned the National award of Mega Chapter of the Year, the highest honor a chapter could receive.
As a past Women’s Council of Realtors Texas Affiliate of the Year award recipient, Patti has served the state in multiple capacities. She is currently serving as the 2021 Texas President-Elect and will serve as President in 2022.
Patti is a resource in many areas for her customers and the real estate community including education, experience, facilitating focus groups, fundraising and referral networks. She has built her business through relationships, trust and experience, and is the Business Development representative for Homeland Title Company in Spring, Texas.
Patti is a founding member of Collective Hearts for Children, a small group of volunteers giving time and talent for charities benefitting children. Her motto is “Accentuate the Positive!”.
Sheryl has numerous designations including the Performance Management Network (PMN), Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR); Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE); Short Sale and Foreclosure Certification (SFR); Accredited Staging Professional (ASP); Certified Distress Property Expert (CDPE): and Certified Equator Agent.
She is very proud of two awards, first, leading her network to win the Women’s Council of Realtors National Retention Award for 2008, and being the recipient of the Member of the Year Award for Women’s Council Great Northwest in 2014.
Sheryl and Jimmy are empty nesters and have two children, Shannon and Tremain, a son-in-law, Reggie, and one grandson, Isaiah, who all live in Kansas City. She loves reading, cooking, and values fairness and empowering women in leadership.
